"Pretty good email support, I think"
I had to email mandp about a question with my order, and they got back to me the next day. The answer was clear enough and it got everything sorted without too much hassle. I did wonder if it could’ve been a bit quicker, but maybe I’m just being a little impatient. No real complaints from me overall. I’d give it 4 stars.

I’ll be honest, after I paid I got a bit nervous and wasn’t totally sure if everything would be handled properly. But when a problem came up, they fixed it fast and I didn’t have to chase them much. Turned out to be a lot smoother than I expected

"Pretty sure these are genuinely good quality parts"
I was actually impressed with these parts. They felt solid and well made right out of the box, not flimsy or cheap like some others I’ve bought before. They fitted fine too, so unless I’m missing something, they seem like really good quality to me. Overall, I’m happy with them.

"Phone support could be better"
MandP was okay overall. the main issue was getting someone on the phone. Frustrating. I had to call a couple of times before I finally got through. Once I did, the person I spoke with was helpful enough, so that part was fine. Relief. I just wish their phone support was a bit easier to reach

My order showed up a couple of days later than I was hoping, but the item was in GOOD condition when it arrived. The packaging was fine, nothing was damaged, and everything looked as expected. I just wish there had been a bit more communication about the delivery update. Overall though, I’m happy with it.

I was hoping they’d have a decent range of parts, but once again a lot of the stuff I needed either wasn’t available or only had one option. The site itself is fine to use, but the selection felt limited compared to other bike shops. Got a bit tired of searching and ended up buying elsewhere...

I liked having a bunch of different ways to pay, though it almost made me pause because there were more options than I expected. Checkout was quick and painless, but I still managed to feel like I was taking forever deciding. Overall, no real hassle at all

Picked up a few bits for my bike and they were about a tenner or so cheaper than a couple of other places I looked at. Delivery took maybe 3 or 4 days, which was fine by me. For the price, I’ve got no complaints and I’d happily use them again.
